Temporary Period/Yield Restriction Sample Clauses

Temporary Period/Yield Restriction. Except as described in this paragraph, money in the Acquisition Fund must not be invested at a yield greater than the yield on the Lease. Proceeds of the Lease in the Acquisition Fund and investment earnings on such proceeds may be invested without yield restriction for three years after the Start Date of the Lease. If any unspent proceeds remain in the Acquisition Fund after three years, such amounts may continue to be invested without yield restriction so long as Lessee pays to the IRS all yield reduction payments under § 1.148-5(c) of the Treasury Regulations.
