Temporary Educator all Educators who are employed after the first contract day of the school year and all other Educators hired on a limited short-term basis and have no expectation of continued employment.

Temporary Educator. Any educator who is employed to fill a position designated as temporary or experimental or to fill a vacancy which occurs after the opening of school because of unanticipated enrollment or because of the death, disability, retirement, resignation or dismissal of a contract or probationary educator, or for an educator on approved leave of absence.

  • Medical Review Officer The Medical Review Officer (MRO) shall be a licensed physician who has a knowledge of substance abuse disorders and has appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual’s positive test result together with the employee’s medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
