Telecommunications Services Available for Resale at Wholesale Rates. Commencing on the date on which the Commission approves this Agreement, at the request of CLEC, SBC-AMERITECH will make available to CLEC for resale at wholesale rates those Telecommunications Services that SBC-AMERITECH provides, or may hereafter provide, at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers, as required in Section 251(c)(4) of the Act. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement, SBC- AMERITECH will make available to CLEC for such resale all Telecommunications Services which it offers to its retail Customers, including the following categories of Telecommunications Services (the “Resale Services”).

Telecommunications Services Available for Resale at Wholesale Rates. Commencing on the date on which the Commission approves this Agreement, at the request of Requesting Carrier, Ameritech will make available to Requesting Carrier for resale at wholesale rates those Telecommunications Services that Ameritech provides at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers, as required in Section 251(c)(4) of the Act. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement, Ameritech will make available to Requesting Carrier for such resale all Telecommunications Services which it offers to its retail Customers, including the following categories of Telecommunications Services (the “Resale Services”) as more specifically listed on Schedule 10.1:
Telecommunications Services Available for Resale at Wholesale Rates. 10.1.1 Commencing on the Service Start Date, upon the request of Requesting Carrier to the terms, conditions and liitations set forth in this Agreement, Ameritech will make available to Requesting Carrier for resale at wholesale rates those Telecommunications Services that Ameritech provides at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers, as required by Section 251(c)(4) of the Act (the “Resale Services”). The Resale Services available to Requesting Carrier and the rates for such Resale Services are set forth on Schedule 10.1. The wholesale discount set forth on Schedule 10.1 shall not apply to taxes or other pass-through charges end-user common line charge, 9-l-l surcharge and special construction charges). If during the Term the Commission changes the discount rate, or any other charge applicable to Resale Services in an order or docket that applies generally to the Resale that Ameritech provides in the Territory, the Parties agree to amend this Agreement to incorporate such discount rate and/or charges with such discount and/or charges to be effective as of the date specified in such order or docket.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.
