Maintenance of Elements. 9.13.1 If trouble occurs with unbundled network elements provided by SBC-AMERITECH, CLEC will first determine whether the trouble is in CLEC’s own equipment and/or facilities or those of the End User. If CLEC determines the trouble is in SBC-AMERITECH’s equipment and/or facilities, CLEC will issue a trouble report to SBC-AMERITECH.

XxXxxx or others may not rearrange, move, disconnect, remove or attempt to repair any facilities provided by Windstream, other than by connection or disconnection to any interface means used, except with the written consent of Windstream.

MCIW or others may not rearrange, move, disconnect, remove or attempt to repair any facilities provided by ALLTEL, other than by connection or disconnection to any interface means used, except with the written consent of ALLTEL.
