Team Leads. The Parties shall form smaller teams of employees who will work together on the following teams: Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Reimbursement/Market Access, Business Development & Licensing, and others as defined by the project scope and as the Parties may agree to form (“Team”). Each Party shall designate a single individual to serve as Team Leads for each Team. Each Team shall meet as frequently as the Team may decide.

(b) Team Leads shall book vacations separate from Fare Inspectors (c) Where a Team Lead is absent from a shift, management may assign the most senior Fare Inspector on that shift as the Acting Team Lead.

  • Alliance Manager Each Party shall appoint a person(s) who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of each Joint Committee and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each, an “Alliance Manager”).
