Team Leads. (a) Team Leads shall be appointed by management following a competitive process based on merit. Where more than one candidate scores seventy percent (70%) or higher in the competitive process, the most senior candidate will be appointed. The Union shall be informed by the Employer concurrent with the appointment. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Alliance Manager Each Party shall appoint a person(s) who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of each Joint Committee and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each, an “Alliance Manager”).
