TEACHER COMPENSATION AND FRINGE BENEFITS. 13.1 School Year - Salary Schedule and Current Salary Schedule Placement The salary schedule shall be set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. A current salary schedule placement shall be available for each teacher the first day of school each year.
