Swings. A swing-on/off is the relief of an operator from duty on the street.
Swings. Sit upright—swing forward and backward only. One person on at a time. No jumping out of moving swing. If someone is waiting to use the swing, he/she must count to 100 and then ask for his/her turn. BARS Swing in one direction. No dropping from your knees. Do not climb on top of bars. SOCCER Play in the grass areas that are set up for soccer. A student must read and sign a soccer contract in order to play. Violation of the contract results in loss of this activity as a privilege. No slide tackling. No pushing or body checking. FLAG FOOTBALL Play in the grass area. A student must read and sign a football contract before they can get a flag to play. No tackling or pushing. You may rush after a count of “five alligators.” A first down is when your team advances the ball at least ten yards. A team may punt on fourth down, but must let the other team know. FIELD KICKBALL 15 minute recess, 2 outs and then switch. Longer recesses, 3 outs. The first two people on the field are the captains. Second captain chooses first. Pitcher is chosen by rock paper scissors. Foul ball gets to re-kick. If the ball is caught it’s an out. If a runner is tagged it’s an out. No throwing the ball at runners. The play is over when the pitcher has the ball on the mound. No stealing the bases at any time. Students are not allowed to push others on the swings. WALL BALL Server starts the game. The other player can return the ball either in the air or on a bounce. Use only the front wall. No side walls or ceiling. Players trade shots until someone gets out by: • Hitting it out or hitting the net on the ceiling. • Letting it bounce twice. • Interfering with other player. • Catching the ball then throwing it. • Hitting so low that the other person has no chance of returning it (called a baby). • Hitting it so high and soft that it falls next to the wall (called a waterfall). Remember that the players in line are the judges. THE SPINNER Students must propel themselves on the spinner. No pushing or touching the person on the spinner. To get a turn, you must wait in line along the edge of the bark chips. The person on the spinner gets off when the next person in line counts slowly to 50, or before. The count starts when the person is standing on the platform or starts spinning. Please stand back for safety. FOUR SQUARE Everyone gets a square and others form a waiting line along one side.   • Protective Advances (a) Subject to the limitations set forth below, the Administrative Agent is authorized by the Company and the Lenders, from time to time during the Availability Period, in the Administrative Agent’s sole discretion (but with no obligation), to make Loans in US Dollars to the Company, on behalf of all Lenders, which the Administrative Agent, in its Permitted Discretion, deems necessary or desirable (i) to preserve or protect the Collateral or any portion thereof, (ii) to enhance the likelihood of, or maximize the amount of, repayment of the Loans and other Obligations or (iii) to pay any other amount chargeable to or required to be paid by the Borrowers pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, including payments of reimbursable expenses (including costs, fees, and expenses described in Section 8.03) and other sums payable under the Loan Documents (any such Loans are herein referred to as “Protective Advances”); provided that the aggregate principal amount of Protective Advances outstanding at any time shall not exceed $50,000,000; provided further that the making of any Protective Advance shall not cause the Aggregate Credit Exposure to exceed the Aggregate Commitments. Protective Advances may be made when a Default exists or the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.02 are not otherwise satisfied. The Protective Advances shall be secured by the Liens created by the Collateral Documents and shall constitute Obligations. The Company shall be required to repay (or, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.02, refinance with the proceeds of a Borrowing) each Protective Advance within 45 days after such Protective Advance is made. Without affecting Protective Advances already made, the Administrative Agent’s authorization to make future Protective Advances may be revoked at any time by the Required Lenders. Any such revocation must be in writing and shall become effective prospectively upon the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof. At any time that there is sufficient Excess Availability and the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.02 have been satisfied, the Administrative Agent may request, on behalf of the Company, the Lenders to make ABR Loans to repay any Protective Advance. At any other time the Administrative Agent may require the Lenders to acquire participations in any Protective Advance as described in Section 2.04(b).

  • Borrowings The obligation of any Bank to make a Loan on the occasion of any Borrowing is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions:

  • Revolving Loans The Borrower shall repay to the Lenders on the Maturity Date the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans outstanding on such date.

  • Loans The Sponsor has agreed to make loans to the Company in the aggregate amount of up to $300,000 (the “Insider Loans”) pursuant to a promissory note substantially in the form annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement. The Insider Loans do not bear any interest and are repayable by the Company on the earlier of December 31, 2021 or the consummation of the Offering.

  • Cash Advances An Finance Charge will be imposed on cash advances from the date made or from the first day of billing cycle in which the cash advance is posted to your account, whichever is later, and will continue to accrue until the date of payment.

  • Credit Line If your application is approved by us, this agreement will constitute a revolving line of credit for an amount which will be the credit line under your Account. We will advise you of the amount of your credit line. That amount will be the maximum amount you may have outstanding at any time. You agree not to attempt to obtain more credit than the amount of your credit line. However, if you temporarily exceed your credit line, you agree to repay the excess immediately, even if we have not yet billed you. Obtaining such credit does not increase your credit line and if you exceed your Credit Limit repeatedly, we may suspend your credit privilege under this Agreement. We retain the right to increase or decrease your credit line at any time for any reason. Any increase of reduction on the limit of your credit line will be shown on your monthly statement or by separate notice together with any changes in the applicable minimum monthly payments. Your eligibility for this credit line is determined by our loan policy and may be terminated at our sole discretion, without demand or notice. You may close your credit line at any time by notifying us in writing and returning all Cards cut in half. If you terminate this Agreement or if we terminate or suspend your credit privileges, the provisions of this Agreement and your liability hereunder shall otherwise remain in full force and effect until you have paid us all sums due under this Agreement and returned all Cards.

  • Drawings a. Drawings Submitted With Bid When the Bid Specifications require the Bidder to furnish drawings and/or plans, such drawings and/or plans shall conform to the mandates of the Bid

  • Participations By the issuance of a Letter of Credit (or an amendment to a Letter of Credit increasing the amount thereof) and without any further action on the part of the Issuing Bank or the Lenders, the Issuing Bank hereby grants to each Lender, and each Lender hereby acquires from the Issuing Bank, a participation in such Letter of Credit equal to such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the aggregate amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit. In consideration and in furtherance of the foregoing, each Lender hereby absolutely and unconditionally agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Issuing Bank, such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of each LC Disbursement made by the Issuing Bank and not reimbursed by the Borrower on the date due as provided in paragraph (e) of this Section, or of any reimbursement payment required to be refunded to the Borrower for any reason. Each Lender acknowledges and agrees that its obligation to acquire participations pursuant to this paragraph in respect of Letters of Credit is absolute and unconditional and shall not be affected by any circumstance whatsoever, including any amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit or the occurrence and continuance of a Default or reduction or termination of the Commitments, and that each such payment shall be made without any offset, abatement, withholding or reduction whatsoever.

  • Repayments a. The Grantee shall refund to Florida Housing any funds paid in excess of the amount to which the Grantee is entitled under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Swing Shift Employees who regularly work on a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on swing shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, shall be paid their regular salary plus seven and one-half percent (7½%) of their monthly salary per month.
