Borrowings definition

Borrowings means the plural thereof.
Borrowings means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal, capital or nominal amount (and any fixed or minimum premium payable on prepayment or redemption) of any indebtedness of members of the Group for or in respect of:

Examples of Borrowings in a sentence

  • The proposed Borrowing Date specified in each Notice of Borrowing shall be (x) in the case of the Borrowing of Class A-T Loans, a Business Day, (y) in the case of a Borrowing of Class A-R Loans, a Business Day falling on or prior to the end of the Class A-R Commitment Period and (z) in the case of Swingline Borrowings, a Business Day falling on or prior to the Swingline Facility End Date.

  • More than one Borrowing may be incurred on any date; provided that at no time shall there be outstanding more than ten Borrowings of SOFR Loans under this Agreement.

  • After giving effect to the Borrowings and issuance of Letters of Credit on the Restatement Effective Date, the Excess Availability on the Restatement Effective Date shall be no less than $200,000,000 and the Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Base Certificate prepared as of the last day of the most recent month ended at least fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the Restatement Effective Date.

  • In the case of each prepayment of Loans pursuant to this Section 2.05(a), the Lead Borrower may in its sole discretion select the Borrowing or Borrowings to be repaid, and such payment shall be paid to the Appropriate Lenders in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares or other applicable share provided for under this Agreement (other than with respect to the DB Prepayment and the Commitment Termination).
