Front Wall definition

Front Wall means the wall of a building or structure nearest the street on which the building fronts but excluding certain architectural features, such as cornices, canopies, eaves, or embellishments.
Front Wall means a primary exterior wall of a building, not including permitted projections, which contains the primary entrance door.
Front Wall of a building means the wall which faces the street. In the case of a corner lot, the shortest wall facing a street shall be considered the front wall.
