Supplementary pension insurance. 18.8.1. The Employer shall provide to employees in a full-time employment relationship (with the exception of employees not listed as employees - does not apply to employees who have been released long-term for the performance of the duties associated with a Labor Union post), following three continuous months of employment, a contribution for supplementary pension insurance in an amount based on the length of time the employee worked for the Employer, as follows: period of continuous amount of contribution employment at CEZ, a. s. over 3 months and up to 3 years CZK 500 more than 3 years CZK 600 Such supplementary pension contribution may be increased pursuant to Clause 18.5.2. by an additional CZK 666, provided that an employee so requests in writing.

  • ’ Compensation Insurance PURCHASER shall perform the operations in accordance with the requirements of the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of Oregon during the term of this contract. In addition, the PURCHASER, its subcontractors, if any, and all employers providing work, labor, or materials under this contract are subject employers under the Oregon Workers' Compensation Law and shall comply with ORS 656.017 and 656.029, which requires them to provide workers' compensation coverage that satisfies Oregon law for all their subject workers. Out-of-state employers must provide Oregon workers' compensation coverage for their workers who work at a single location within Oregon for more than 30 days in a calendar year. Contractors who perform the operations without the assistance or labor of any employee need not obtain such coverage.

  • Duration of Insurance Contribution An employee is eligible for School District contributions as provided in this Article as long as an employee is employed by the School District. Employees whose employment terminates during the school year will be eligible for insurance and district contributions to insurance through the end of the month in which they terminate provided they pay the employee portion of the insurance premium for that month. Otherwise, the employee’s insurance will terminate as of the last day of employment.

  • Workers’ Compensation Insurance Contractor shall obtain and maintain a policy of workers’ compensation insurance for all of Contractor’s employees in accordance with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 3700, et seq., and all other applicable laws and requirements. In case any class of employee is not protected under the workers’ compensation laws for any reason, Contractor shall provide adequate coverage as shall be necessary for the protection of such employees. Prior to commencement of the Work, Contractor shall sign and file with District a certification regarding insurance for workers’ compensation in accordance with Labor Code Section 1861.

  • Increase in Insurance Premiums If an increase in any insurance premiums paid by Landlord for the Building is caused by Tenant's use of the Premises or if Tenant vacates the Premises and causes an increase in such premiums, then Tenant shall pay as additional rent the amount of such increase to Landlord.

  • Income Protection Insurance The Employer shall provide Income Protection Insurance through an ETU nominated policy and scheme. It is agreed that the premium will be collected and administered by the “Protect” Severance Scheme at the same time as severance payments are made. Income protection will be paid for the employees and will be paid for all periods of authorised absence and cannot be on a pro-rata basis. It is agreed the Income Protection Insurance payments are paid on a monthly basis by the 14th day of each month.   • Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance During the Contract term, the Contractor at its sole expense shall provide commercial insurance of such a type and with such terms and limits as may be reasonably associated with the Contract, which, at a minimum, shall be: workers’ compensation and employer’s liability insurance per Florida statutory limits (currently $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate) covering all employees engaged in any Contract work; commercial general liability coverage on an occurrence basis in the minimum amount of $500,000 (defense cost shall be in excess of the limit of liability), naming the State as an additional insured; and automobile liability insurance covering all vehicles, owned or otherwise, used in the Contract work, with minimum combined limits of $500,000, including hired and non-owned liability, and $5,000 medical payment. Providing and maintaining adequate insurance coverage is a material obligation of the Contractor and is of the essence of the Contract. The Contract shall not limit the types of insurance Contractor may desire to obtain or be required to obtain by law. The limits of coverage under each policy maintained by the Contractor shall not be interpreted as limiting the Contractor’s liability and obligations under the Contract. All insurance policies shall be through insurers authorized to write policies in Florida.

  • Life Insurance Coverage a. Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars life insurance policy with AD&D from an insurance carrier selected by the Board, subject to the provisions of this section. Such insurance shall pay double in the case of accidental death or dismemberment.
