Supplementary General Conditions. The portion of the Construction Documents dealing with specific requirements of the construction process that are unique to the Project and are drafted by the Design Professional based on specimens provided by the Owner.

Supplementary General Conditions mean procedures and requirements that modify the Uniform General Conditions. Supplementary General Conditions, when used, have precedence over the Uniform General Conditions.

The work shall be commenced on the date stated in the District's Notice to the Contractor to proceed (which date will not be less than three (3) consecutive calendar days from and after the date of execution of the contract and shall be completed within fifty (50) consecutive calendar days from and after the date stated in such notice.
