ARTICLE 16 – MISCELLANEOUS. 16.01 The Employer shall supply sufficient copies of the Collective Agreement to the Association for distribution to the nurses. The cost of doing so shall be shared equally by the Association and the Employer.
ARTICLE 16 – MISCELLANEOUS. All clauses of the Framework contract that may also apply to the Individual Contracts shall do so in respect of Individual Contracts entered into by APETRA and the Contracting party pursuant to the Framework Agreement, with the exception of those items specified separately in the Individual Contacts.   • Other Miscellaneous Terms The Card and your obligations under this Agreement may not be assigned. We may transfer our rights under this Agreement. Use of the Card is subject to all applicable rules and customs of any clearinghouse or other association involved in transactions.
