Common use of Supervisory Nurses Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Nurses. Nurses may not hold a position in the bargaining unit if they 21 simultaneously hold a supervisory GRH position. This provision shall not prevent 22 bargaining unit nurses from performing fill-in supervisory work, however, the status of such 23 bargaining unit nurses shall not be challenged by GRH.
