Super User (Business System Management. The Super Users are defined application users that have more expertise than a normal user in the application functionalities or related processes. Within their domain of expertise, a Super User acts as first contact for the end users, helping them with application and business-related questions and issues. Super Users will be nominated and managed by the relevant Customer business units and the names and email accounts of the Super Users will be provided to the Supplier. Super Users are empowered to request support and development from the Supplier. The main responsibilities of the Super Users within their individual domain of expertise are to: • Provide basic and first level application assistance to users in the processing of transactions, by referring business process queries to Business Process Owners, • Maintain the end user application manuals with cooperation of the Supplier • Train and support the new incoming Application Users in regard to business and application proceduresIn accordance with procedures, manage the end user request and ensure it get resolved by: analysing their issue/request and attempting to solve it, escalating end users’ requests/incidents to the Supplier support in accordance with agreed-upon procedures and define requests/issues to obtain support from the Supplier, whilst ensuring that incidents/requests are properly documented • Answering information requests from the Supplier within feasible timeline, • Managing required solution testing, accept/reject solution, within feasible timeline • Ensuring a solution is correctly implemented within a feasible timeline, • Following and communicating status requests to end user within feasible timeline • Explaining solution/fix to end user within feasible timeline, • Agreeing to close a ticket once a solution has been provided.

  • Mobile Services Your use of the Send Money Service may include access to some products and services through a mobile device ("Mobile Services"). By using the Mobile Services, you agree to the following terms. You agree that we may send you information relative to Mobile Services through your communication service provider and that your communication service provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. You agree to provide a valid phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location so that we may send you information related to the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your provision of a phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement. The Mobile Services are provided for your convenience and do not replace your account statement(s), which are the official record of your accounts. You understand and agree that these Mobile Services may not be encrypted and may include personal or confidential information about you such as your account activity or status. Delivery and receipt of information, including instructions for payment, transfer, and other money movement transactions through the Mobile Services may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to your Internet service provider(s), phone carriers, other parties, or because of other reasons outside of our control. We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in, information and instructions sent through the Mobile Services. Additionally, not all of the products, services, or functionality described on the Site(s) and the Agreement are available when you use a mobile device. Therefore, you may not be eligible to use all the products, services or functionality described when you access or try to access them using a mobile device. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for any product, service, or functionality. Information available via the Mobile Services, including balance, transfer, and payment information, may differ from the information that is available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device. Information available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device may not be available via the Mobile Services, may be described using different terminology (including capitalized terms used in the Agreement or on our Site(s), or may be more current than the information available via the Mobile Services, including but not limited to account balance information. The method of entering instructions via the Mobile Services may also differ from the method of entering instructions directly through the Service without the use of a mobile device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer through the Mobile Services. We are not responsible for such differences, whether or not attributable to your use of the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree that neither our service providers nor we will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.   • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
