Substitute Equipment. In the event of the Equipment suffering mechanical breakdown otherwise than as a result of any act of default of the Customer and if in the opinion of BLAKEDALE any necessary repairs cannot reasonably be effected within 72 hours of the commencement thereof BLAKEDALE shall as soon as reasonably practical endeavour to make available to the Customer in Great Britain a substitute for the period during which the Equipment is undergoing repair.   • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes.   • Protective Equipment 21.01 All employees shall wear safety hats to be made available by the Employer.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties.   • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Security Interest in Financed Equipment Immediately prior to the sale, assignment and transfer thereof, each Receivable shall be secured by a validly perfected first priority security interest in the Financed Equipment in favor of CNHICA as secured party or all necessary and appropriate actions have been commenced that would result in the valid perfection of a first priority security interest in the Financed Equipment in favor of CNHICA as secured party.
