Required Equipment definition

Required Equipment means such equipment and systems required to be installed at the Customer’s site in order for Customer to access the System and meeting the specifications set forth in Schedule 1.2, as such specifications may be revised from time to time by EasyHRweb.
Required Equipment. I will wear an approved life jacket at all times while participating in the Water Sports Activities. I also acknowledge and agree that I will carry on board of any water vessel all additional safety equipment as required by the Releasees. I agree that I shall satisfy myself of any questions or concerns that I may have arising from the use of an approved life jacket and all additional safety equipment before commencing the Water Sports Activities.
Required Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Risk in the Required Equipment passes to you on delivery, and title to the Required Equipment passes to you when we receive payment in full.

Required Equipment means all computer hardware, software and other equipment or facilities including servers, power supply, workstations, printers, concentrators, communications equipment and routers identified by Cognizant as necessary for and used by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to receive the Services as specified in a Statement of Work or otherwise specified by Cognizant in writing.

Required Equipment. Hand Held Console or Computer Contractor shall perform frequency drive preventative maintenance as listed in OEM documentation, including but not limited to items described below. All frequency drive preventative maintenance visits must be scheduled and approved by building management staff. Contractor must store spare cooling fans onsite. The services outlined below are to be included, at a minimum, as frequency drive preventative maintenance to the County at least once per preventative maintenance visit: Provide a report detailing all preventative maintenance tasks performed and list any deficiencies encountered for each drive.
