Common use of Subpoenaed Witness Clause in Contracts

Subpoenaed Witness. Unit members required to appear in court as a non-party witness under subpoena or to respond to an official order from another governmental jurisdiction, for reasons not brought about through the initiation, connivance or misconduct of the unit member, shall receive full compensation for such absence from duty.

Subpoenaed Witness. Unit members required to appear in court appearing as a non-party witness under subpoena in court other than as a litigant or to respond to an official order from another governmental jurisdiction, for reasons not brought about through the initiation, connivance or misconduct of the unit member, shall receive full compensation for such absence from duty.

Subpoenaed Witness. Unit members Employees required to appear in court as a non-party witness under subpoena or to respond to an official order from another governmental jurisdiction, for reasons not brought about through the initiation, connivance or misconduct of the unit memberemployee, shall receive full compensation for such absence from duty.

Subpoenaed Witness. Unit members required to appear in court appearing as a non-party witness under subpoena in court other than as a litigant or to respond to an official order from another governmental jurisdiction, for reasons not brought about through the initiation, connivance or misconduct of the unit member, shall receive full compensation for such absence from duty, less any compensation received by that unit member by virtue of such appearance or testimony.
