Subordinate to Lease. This Sublease is and shall be subject and subordinate to the Lease. Nothing contained in the Sublease shall be construed to create privity of estate or of contract between Sublessee and Landlord.
Subordinate to Lease. At the option of Lessor's mortgagee, the Lessee agrees to subordinate this lease to any mortgage, deed of trust or encumbrance which the Lessor my have placed, or may hereafter place, on the premises. Lessee agrees to execute, on demand, any instrument which may be deemed necessary or desirable to render such mortgage, deed of trust or encumbrance whenever made, superior and prior to this lease.
Subordinate to Lease. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the Lease and to all matters and interests to which the Lease is or shall be subordinate. All of the rights granted to Tenant hereunder are limited to the extent that Landlord has such rights pursuant to the Lease. This clause shall be self-operative and no further instrument of subordination shall be required to make the interest of any Superior Landlord, the interest of the tenant under the Lease or any mortgagee superior to the interest of Tenant hereunder, however, Tenant shall, at its own cost and expense, execute and deliver promptly any certificate that Landlord, Superior Landlord or any mortgagee may reasonably request in confirmation of such subordination.
Subordinate to Lease. The Sub-Sublease shall at all times be subject and subordinate to the Lease, and to all of the covenants and agreements of the Lease and of this Consent, and Sub-Subtenant shall not do, permit or suffer anything to be done in, or in connection with, Sub-Subtenant’s use or occupancy of the Subleased Premises that would violate any of such covenants and agreements. Master Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to enforce the provisions of the Sub-Sublease, including collection of rent thereunder. Tenant acknowledges that its indemnity and defense obligations under the Lease include all any and all claims arising from or related to the following (but subject always to the exceptions and limitations set out in Article 22 of the Lease): (a) Sub-Subtenant’s use of the Subleased Premises or any activity done, permitted or suffered by Sub-Subtenant in, on or about the Subleased Premises or the building; and (b) any act or omission by Sub-Subtenant or its employees, contractors or agents in connection with or related to the Sublease or the Subleased Premises. Master Landlord is an intended third party beneficiary of the Sub-Subtenant’s indemnity under Section 6.1 of the Sublease and may enforce such obligation directly.
Subordinate to Lease. This Sublease is subject and subordinate to the Lease and the matters to which the Lease is or shall be subject and subordinate.
Subordinate to Lease. This Sublease is and shall be at all times -------------------- subject and subordinate to the Lease. Without limitation, Sublessor's obligations hereunder are conditioned upon the receipt of the Lessor's consent to this Sublease.
Subordinate to Lease. This Sublease is subject and subordinate in all respects to the Lease, Sublessee acknowledges that it has received a copy of the Lease, which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Subordinate to Lease. This License and all of its terms, covenants, representations, warranties, agreements and conditions are in all respects subject and subordinate to the Lease, which Lease has been submitted to and examined by Licensee.
Subordinate to Lease. Subtenant’s sublease of the Leased Premises is subject and subordinate to the Lease and to the matters to which the Lease is or shall be subordinate. It is specifically understood that Tenant shall remain fully liable for the obligation to pay Landlord for any special services provided to Subtenant in the course of Subtenant’s use and occupancy of the Leased Premises, whether or not specifically provided for in the Lease, and Tenant hereby covenants and agrees that Landlord may honor Subtenant’s request for any such special services without the specific consent of Tenant. Tenant and Subtenant acknowledge that (%4) Landlord may provide such services at the direct request of Subtenant (including billing Subtenant for such services), (%4) Landlord may establish records identifying Subtenant as if Subtenant was a tenant of Landlord, (%4) such actions are merely for the convenience of Landlord, Tenant, and Subtenant, and (%4) the parties shall maintain their respective capacities as Landlord, Tenant, and Subtenant, unless an express intent to the contrary is expressed in a written agreement executed by all the affected parties.
Subordinate to Lease. Licensee acknowledges that Bold Events leases the Facility and surrounding premises, including the practice fields, amphitheater, parking lots, and covered football field from the City or Jaguars, that the license contained herein is subject and subordinate to such leases (as they may be modified from time to time).
