Submittal of Payment Requests. The Contractor will invoice the City for the services performed by the Contractor’s Work Crew or Crews for each month work is performed for a project. The Contractor shall submit the payment request to the City no later than five (5) days after the first of the month for the work performed for the prior month, which shall be extended to the first business day should such day fall on a weekend or holiday. The Contractor shall submit the certified payroll for all employees who performed work for the project when submitting a payment request. Payment requests shall be submitted to the Superintendent.
