Subjective poverty. The main objective of this module is to capture the households' perceptions of its own living conditions as well as on the policies and strategies implemented by the authorities. Contrary to the classic approach of identifying only the levels of salary and/or consumption, a special focus is laid in this module on the household's appreciation of his own living standard. Variables derived from the questionnaire: Evaluation of the momentary economic situation of the own household Evaluation of the household's living standard over the past year Reasons for change in the household's living standard Minimal requirements for an adequate living standard Satisfaction of the household's minimal requirements Evaluation of the household's well-being in relation to its income Minimal monthly amount required for food Minimal monthly amount required for other goods and services Problems encountered over the past year Extent to which the household was effected by these problems Strategy to overcome these problems Strategy to overcome the decrease or loss of income, goods and/or other assets, etc. Average time needed to solve these problems

  • Goals & Objectives 1. The goal of this Agreement is (INSERT GOAL(S) OF AGREEMENT).

  • Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials.   • Performance Excused The Affected Party, to the extent rendered unable to perform its obligations or part thereof under this Agreement as a consequence of the Force Majeure Event shall be excused from performance of the obligations. Provided that, the excuse from performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably warranted by the Force Majeure Event. Provided further, nothing contained herein shall absolve the Affected Party from any payment obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the underlying Force Majeure Event.

  • Performance Measure The specific representation of a process or outcome that is relevant to the assessment of performance; it is quantifiable and can be documented

  • Target Bonus For purposes of this Agreement, “Target Bonus” means the assigned bonus target for the Executive under any short-term incentive plan(s) of the Company, multiplied by his or her base salary, for the relevant fiscal year. If the Executive’s base salary is changed during the relevant fiscal year, the Target Bonus shall be calculated by multiplying the Executive’s assigned bonus target by the highest base salary in effect during that fiscal year.
