Common use of Student Scholarships Clause in Contracts

Student Scholarships. The Administrator may be asked to provide up to one scholarship per class, and the PTA/PTO/HSA may subsidize additional scholarships. Scholarship eligibility is determined by the School and/or PTA/PTO/HSA. No PTA/PTO/HSA Compensation will be payable for any student who receives a scholarship.
