STRIKES AND WORK STOPPAGES. 18.1 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, during the life of the Agreement there will be no strike, slowdown, or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and there will be no lock-out. All Union Representatives have a special obligation to actively discourage any work stoppage.
