Expiration Limits Sample Clauses

The Expiration Limits clause sets a specific timeframe after which certain rights, obligations, or offers under the agreement are no longer valid. Typically, this clause applies to warranties, claims, or the availability of services, specifying that parties must act within the defined period or forfeit their rights. Its core function is to provide certainty and finality by preventing indefinite liability or open-ended commitments, thereby helping both parties manage risk and plan accordingly.
