STRIKES AND WORK STOPPAGES. Neither the Drivers Association nor any person acting in its behalf will cause, authorize, or support, nor will any of its employees take part in any strike or stoppage of work for any purpose whatsoever. It is agreed by the Drivers Association that the Board, in the event of violation of the terms of this Article, shall have the right, in addition to the foregoing, and any other remedies available at law, to seek injunctive relief and damages against the Association.
