Stipends/Honorariums a. When an employee gives a workshop at a Seminary & University event within the scope of his/her responsibility at St. Patrick’s, she/he is not to accept a stipend, without regard to the department or office offering the stipend. It is understood that the employee makes use of his/her regular weekly work schedule for the preparation and presentation involved.

  • Schools The Applicant, its successors and assigns, will comply with applicable provisions of Section 163.3180(6), Florida Statutes, in providing any required school proportionate share mitigation and will pay any applicable school impact fees for the Development in the timing and manner required by law.

  • Overtime and Calls 8.1 Except as otherwise provided, time in excess of eight hours' service (exclusive of meal period) shall be considered overtime and shall be paid on the actual minute basis at the rate of time and one-half time.

  • Travelling 46.1 Where an employee is required by the Council to travel on Council business outside his headquarters area as normally defined by the Council, the method of travel shall be determined by the Council and the employee shall be compensated in the following manner:

  • Dinner Dinner reimbursement may be claimed only if the employee is away from his/her temporary or permanent work station in a travel status overnight or is required to remain in a travel status until after 7:00 P.M.

  • Breakfast Breakfast reimbursements may be claimed only if the employee is on assignment away from their temporary or permanent work station in a travel status overnight or departs from home in an assigned travel status before 6:00 A.M.

  • Membership Fees 59.01 The Employer shall reimburse an employee for the payment of membership or registration fees to an organization or governing body when the payment of such fees is a requirement for the continuation of the performance of the duties of the employee’s position.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Donations It is recognized that the Employer may sponsor donations to worthy charitable organizations. However, no employee shall be required to make contributions nor shall any employee be told a specific amount he should contribute. There shall be no compulsion with regard to such contributions.
