Steelhead Fry Protection. During the Steelhead Fry Protection Period from 0001 hours on June 1 through 2400 hours on October 15, unless modified pursuant to Appendix K (Alternative Steelhead Fry Protection Period), the City shall implement the following restrictions on downramp conditions and minimum flow for the purpose of protecting steelhead fry.

Steelhead Fry Protection. Period Start and End Dates This Agreement specifies that the default start and end dates for the Steelhead Fry Protection Period shall be June 1 and October 15, respectively. However, annual monitoring efforts may be used to identify alternate Steelhead Fry Protection Period start and end dates. This monitoring procedure is described in Appendix K.
