Protection Period definition
Protection Period means the period beginning on the date of the occurrence of a Change in Control and ending 12 months following the occurrence of a Change in Control.

Protection Period means the period beginning on the first day of the third full consecutive calendar month beginning before the date of the Change of Control and ending on the last day of the twenty-fourth consecutive full calendar month beginning after the date of the Change of Control.
