Protection Period definition

Protection Period means the period beginning on the date of the occurrence of a Change in Control and ending 12 months following the occurrence of a Change in Control.
Protection Period means the period commencing on the Change in Control Date and ending on the second anniversary thereof.
Protection Period means the period beginning on the date that is six (6) months before the effective date of a Change in Control and ending on the second anniversary of the effective date of the Change in Control.

More Definitions of Protection Period

Protection Period means the period beginning on the first day of the third full consecutive calendar month beginning before the date of the Change of Control and ending on the last day of the twenty-fourth consecutive full calendar month beginning after the date of the Change of Control.
Protection Period means the period beginning on the date of the Change in Control and ending on the second anniversary of the date of the Change in Control.
