Common use of Status of Salary Schedules Clause in Contracts

Status of Salary Schedules. The salary schedule shall not be construed as a part of a teacher-itinerant’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration of this Agreement, a teacher-itinerant shall be compensated according to the current rate until a successor Agreement is fully ratified, and any increase in compensation shall only be effective as of the date the successor Agreement is fully ratified.

Status of Salary Schedules. The salary schedule schedules are a part of this Agreement but shall not be construed as a part of a teacher-itinerant’s continuing contractcontract as defined in M. S. 122A.40. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration of this Agreement, a teacher-itinerant teacher shall be compensated according to at the current rate previous year’s step until such time that a successor Agreement is fully ratifiedexecuted. This provision shall apply to Schedules A, B, and any increase in compensation shall only be effective as of the date the successor Agreement is fully ratified.D.
