STATE GENERAL EXCISE TAX. The DHHL work is exempt from the State of Hawaii General Excise Tax. The CONTRACTOR’s bid shall exclude the General Excise Tax for all DHHL work. SC-48: FIELD OFFICE A field office for exclusive use of DHHL personnel or their representatives is not required. CONTRACTOR may provide a field office at their own expense.   • HEALTH AND INSURANCE BENEFITS 22.01 All health and insurance benefit premium costs paid by the Employer shall prorate in accordance with the proration formula under Article 22.12 of this Agreement. Same sex spouse is eligible to be a dependent for insured benefits.

  • State Sales and Use Taxes The Owner qualifies for exemption from certain State and Local Sales and Use Taxes pursuant to the provisions of Tex. Tax Code, Chapter 151. The Contractor may claim exemption from payment of applicable State taxes by complying with such procedures as prescribed by the State Comptroller of Public Accounts. Contractor shall not be entitled to reimbursement for taxes paid on items that are exempt from taxation.
