STAR Health Program. On April 1, 2008, HHSC launched the STAR Health program as the first comprehensive health and medical network for children who are in the state’s xxxxxx care system. The goal is to give children health care services that are coordinated, comprehensive, easy to find, and uninterrupted when the child moves. NorthSTAR: NorthSTAR is an integrated behavioral health delivery system for Medicaid Eligibles in the Dallas Service Area. It is an initiative of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Behavioral Health Services are provided by a licensed behavioral health organization. Due to the presence of NorthSTAR in the Dallas Service Area, MCOs in the Service Area will not be required to provide Behavioral Health Services to STAR Members.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract. For purposes of this Appendix, Health Plan refers to UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs. Such programs can assist employees and their dependents to maintain and enhance their health, and to make appropriate use of the health care system. To work toward these goals:

  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.

  • Extended Health Plan (a) The Employer will pay 100% of the monthly premiums for the extended health care plan that will cover the employee, their spouse and dependent children, provided they are not enrolled in another plan.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • HEALTH CARE PLANS ‌ Notwithstanding the references to the Pacific Blue Cross Plans in this article, the parties agree that Employers, who are not currently providing benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans may continue to provide the benefits through another carrier providing that the overall level of benefits is comparable to the level of benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to:
