Standard Office Hours i. Xxxxx Xxxxxx will conduct office hours at Xxxxxxxx County for one-half day (4 hours) 4 days per month. CLS, Inc. anticipates that multiple clients will conduct County Board meetings on Tuesday mornings. Xxxxxxxx County may choose up to 2 Tuesdays per month for standard office hours and 1 or 2 other days of the week per month for the balance of the standard office hours to be provided. To accommodate the potential need for daily support, telephone and e-mail support will be provided to handle questions with no additional fee.

  • Office Hours 7.5.1 Each Bargaining Unit Faculty Member shall maintain a sufficient number of regular office hours to meet the reasonable needs of the Member’s students and advisees.

  • Standard Hours (1) Except as otherwise provided, the standard workweek shall consist of five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, inclusive.

  • Standard No representation or warranty of Target contained in Article III or of Buyer contained in Article IV shall be deemed untrue or incorrect for any purpose under this Agreement, and no Party shall be deemed to have breached a representation or warranty for any purpose under this Agreement, in any case as a consequence of the existence or absence of any fact, circumstance or event unless such fact, circumstance or event, individually or when taken together with all other facts, circumstances or events inconsistent with any representations or warranties contained in Article III, in the case of Target, or Article IV, in the case of Buyer, has had or would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect with respect to Target or Buyer, respectively (disregarding for purposes of this Section 9.2 any materiality or Material Adverse Effect qualification contained in any representations or warranties). Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, the representations and warranties contained in (x) Section 3.2(a) shall be deemed untrue and incorrect if not true and correct except to a de minimus extent (relative to Section 3.2(a) taken as a whole), (y) Sections 3.2(b), 3.3(a), 3.3(b)(i) and 3.7, in the case of Target, and Sections 4.2, 4.3(a), 4.3(b)(i) and 4.7, in the case of Buyer, shall be deemed untrue and incorrect if not true and correct in all material respects and (z) Section 3.8(a), in the case of Target, and Section 4.8(a), in the case of Buyer, shall be deemed untrue and incorrect if not true and correct in all respects.

  • Flexible Hours Upon the request of an employee and the concurrence of the Employer, an employee may work flexible hours on a daily basis so long as the daily hours amount to seven and one-half (71/2).

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.
