STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. The stamp duty and registration charges in respect of the preparation and execution of this Sub-Lease and its 2 copies including the cost of charges and expenses of attorneys of the Sub-Lessor shall be borne and paid wholly and exclusively by the Sub-Lessee. Lastly, it is mutually and expressly understood between the parties the Sub-Lessee will not be permitted to Sub-Lease or Sub-Let the said property to any other person or institution or any group of persons or to create any third party right and if any violation are noticed this Sub-Lease granted will automatically stand cancelled without any further notice.
STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. The charges towards stamp duty and Registration of this Agreement shall be borne by the Allottee/s only. In the event of any inconsistency the provisions/clauses of the Act/Rules/Regulations shall prevail.
STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. The Allottee shall have to mandatorily pay the applicable amount for Stamp Duty and Registration Charges and all other applicable charges in respect of this agreement and any future contracts in pursuance hereof and also the Conveyance Deed to be executed in pursuance hereof.
STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. The charges towards Stamp Duty and Registration fees of Part II Schedule “A” Property shall be borne by the Allottee/s.
STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. The charges towards stamp duty fees and registration charges of this Agreement and all out of pocket costs, charges and expenses on all documents for sale and/or transfer of the said Premises and the said Car Parking Space/s including all the common facilities/amenities shall be borne by the Allottee alone.
STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. 19.13.1 Any stamp duty and registration charges if any payable in respect of this Agreement shall be borne by the Concessionaire.
STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. The stamp duty, registration fee/ charges and other expenses payable on the execution of the Sale Deed in pursuance to this Agreement shall be borne by PURCHASER(S).

STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. 26.1 This Lease Deed shall be lodged for registration by the Parties and the Parties shall admit execution thereof. All stamp duty and registration charges and related fees, costs, charges and expenses in respect of this Lease Deed and/or any other document pertaining to the lease granted hereunder or any other charges by whatever name called, shall be borne and paid by the Lessee, alone.
STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. This Agreement shall be registered as per the laws as existing in the State of Uttar Pradesh. All statutory stamp duties and registration charges that shall be incurred in getting the Agreement executed and registered shall be borne by the Lessor and Lessee equally. The Parties shall bear their own legal costs.
