BY THE ALLOTTEE Sample Clauses

BY THE ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the Designated Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. The Allottee shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the Designated Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Designated Apartment at his/ her own cost.
BY THE ALLOTTEE. The Allot- tee, after issue of notice for taking possession, agrees to pay the maintenance charges as determined by the Promoter / Association of Allottees, as the case may be, corporation taxes and other outgoings in respect of the said Apartment Unit from the Date of Commencement of Liability. The Promoter on its behalf shall offer the possession to the Allottee in writing within 30 days of receiving the Partial or Full Oc- cupancy/Completion Certificate in respect of the said Apartment sub- ject to timely due compliance of Clause 7.1.1 by the Allottee.
BY THE ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the Said Commercial Plot with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Said Project. The Allottee hereby undertakes to comply with and carry out, from time to time after taking possession of the Said Commercial Plot all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any development authority /municipal authority / government or any other competent authority in respect of the Said Commercial Plot at his own cost and keep the Company indemnified, secured and harmless against all costs, consequence and all damages, arising on account of non-compliance with the said requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs. The Allottee further agrees and undertakes to ensure the compliance of the condition stated in the environmental clearance, together with any other condition as may be imposed by the concerned authority(ies), including but not limited to the use of the treated waste water for flushing purposes.
BY THE ALLOTTEE. The Purchaser is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the Designated Apartment with full knowledge of all the laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this Project in particular. The Purchaser hereby undertakes that he shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he has taken over for occupation and uses the said Unit, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Designated Apartment at his own cost.
BY THE ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for purchase of the said Unit with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, and notifications, applicable to Gurgaon in general and this project in particular. The Allottee hereby undertakes that it shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after it has taken over for occupation and use the said Unit the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any Development Authority / Municipal Authority / Government or any other Competent Authority in respect of the said Unit / Complex at its own cost and keep the Developer indemnified, secured and harmless against all costs, consequences and all damages, arising on account of non-compliance with the said requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs.

The Second Party/Promoter on its behalf shall offer the possession to the Allottee in writing within 30 days of receiving the Partial or Full Completion Certificate subject to due compliance of Clause 7.1.1 by the Allottee.

  • Possession by the Allottee After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

  • JOINT ALLOTTEES That in case there are Joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Promoter to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Allottees.

  • PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.
