STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. The Allottee shall have to mandatorily pay the applicable amount for Stamp Duty and Registration Charges and all other applicable charges in respect of this agreement and any future contracts in pursuance hereof and also the Conveyance Deed to be executed in pursuance hereof.

STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES. (i) The Allottee Allottee/s shall have to mandatorily bear and pay all the applicable amount for Stamp Duty and Registration Charges amounts payable towards stamp duty, registration charges and all other out-of-pocket costs, charges and expenses on all documents for sale and/or transfer of the said Premises, including applicable stamp duty and registration charges in respect on this Agreement. Any consequence of failure to register this agreement and any future contracts in pursuance hereof and also Agreement within the Conveyance Deed to time required shall be executed in pursuance hereofon the Allottee/s’ account.
