Sponsor undertakes a) To provide the Trust, through its Pharmacy, with the following products required for the Study [UTTR1147A and UTTR1147A Placebo, Vedolizumab and Vedolizumab Placebo], as well as any other supply necessary for their preparation, at its own care and expenses, and in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, in the amounts and with the procedures required for carrying out the Study, packaged and labelled as described in the Protocol and in accordance with applicable legislation. Drug products shall be provided with a standard packaging note (“DOCUMENTO DI TRASPORTO”) addressed to the Pharmacy, bearing products description, quantities, batch number, expiry date, possible specific storage conditions, Study Protocol reference, the Operation Unit where products have been addressed, the name of the Principal Investigator. Trust Pharmacy shall assure the proper storage of the Study products, by implementing all the necessary measures for the correct maintenance and distribution of the Drug. Any and all investigational medicinal product provided by Sponsor is the property of Sponsor and shall only be used in accordance with the Protocol, and not for other purposes (e.g., other research) without Sponsor’s prior written consent.

  • INFORMATION UNDERTAKINGS The undertakings in this Clause 20 remain in force from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force.

  • Headings Not Controlling 2.2.1 The headings and numbering of Sections, Parts, Appendices Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be construed to define or limit any of the terms herein or affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
