Batch Number Sample Clauses
The Batch Number clause defines the requirement for identifying and referencing specific production batches of goods within a contract. Typically, this clause mandates that each batch of products delivered must be marked or accompanied by a unique batch number, which can be used for tracking, quality control, or recall purposes. By ensuring that each batch is clearly identified, the clause facilitates traceability and accountability, helping parties manage inventory, address defects, and comply with regulatory requirements.
