Teller is under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Super- visory Authority, and is registered in its register under FI no. 45026. Complaints concerning Teller as a payment institution may be submitted to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Author- ity using the contact details on the authority’s website. For other possible out-of-court and redress procedures, please refer to the website xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. In case of conflict between the various language versions of these terms, the Swedish version takes precedence. Prices and settlement Unless otherwise stated, amounts due are payable to Teller by the Merchant each month in arrears by drawing on the account that the Merchant has indicated in the Agreement as the settle- ment account. Amounts due may also be drawn from the first settlement. The Merchant will be informed of such withdraw- als. Amounts deriving from Chargebacks, cf. section 6 (Disputed Card Payments) and fees in accordance with section 2 (General requirements applicable to the Merchant) may also be offset against the settlement or paid each month in arrears by drawing on the account specified in the Agreement Form. The Merchant will be informed of such withdrawals. For settlements which are made in the form of net settlements, Teller deducts any fees, disputes that have been upheld, with- held amounts and other receivables from the amount transferred to the Merchant’s bank account. The amounts payable by the Merchant to Teller are offset against the Merchant’s next settle- ment. If, on the basis of a risk assessment, Teller deems it necessary to do so, Teller may, with immediate effect change the Merchants settlement form, from gross to net. If the Merchant’s Card Payments are settled in different curren- cies and/or across different accounts, Teller may offset in differ- ent currencies and/or offset across different accounts, or draw on the account that the Merchant has specified in the Agreement Form.
