Special Provisions and Conditions. (a). Nondiscrimination. The Owner agrees that it will not, and will ensure that the Business will not, discriminate by reason of age, race, religion, color, sex, national origin or disability related to the activities of this LBC or the Project. (b).

Failure to comply with this requirement is a material breach of the agreement, which may result in the termination of this agreement or such other remedy as the CRA deems appropriate.
