Final Provisions. 1. This Protocol shall form an integral part of the ACIA and shall enter into force after all Member States have notified the completion of their internal procedures for the entry into force of this Protocol to, or, where necessary, deposited instruments of ratification or acceptance with, the Secretary-General of ASEAN.

Final Provisions. 16.1. Neither Party may assign or delegate all or part of this Agreement, or any rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without the consent of the other Party.

Final Provisions. 1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is signed by both Parties. It shall expire on the last day of the Programme unless terminated earlier in accordance with Article 11.0 of the General Terms and Conditions attached to and incorporated in this Agreement.
Final Provisions. (1) This Agreement shall enter into force on the day when both Governments have notified each other that they have complied with the legal requirements for the entry into force of international agreements, and shall remain binding for a period of ten years. Unless written notice of termination is given six months before the expiration of this period, the Agreement shall be considered as renewed on the same terms for a period of two years, and so forth.
