Either form of payment may be used for a special project activity whether such services are paid from general purpose funds, categorical or grant funds. Refer to District policies and regulations for payment or compensation provisions. These payment provisions also apply to special projects assigned to adjunct faculty. A list of ancillary activities (Employment Service Agreements Ancillary Activities) will be maintained in Human Resources and is available in Appendix C. The LRCFT and District have agreed to fund selected Participatory Governance and College Service activities for adjunct faculty.

Related to Special Project Payment

  • Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects. The provisions must be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto.

  • Preconstruction Fee The Preconstruction Fee shall be payable to CM/GC on a cost reimbursement basis up to a maximum sum of $ , which shall cover constructability review, value engineering, cost estimating, development of GMP, and all other Preconstruction Phase Services, as described in Article 3. If CM/GC's costs for provision of Preconstruction Phase Services exceed the maximum Preconstruction Fee, CM/GC shall pay such additional cost without reimbursement. CM/GC shall not be entitled to any CM/GC Fee upon the Preconstruction Fee. Owner shall pay the Preconstruction Fee on a cost-reimbursement basis with each application for payment during the Preconstruction Phase. If the total actual Preconstruction Fee is less than the maximum Preconstruction Fee used for initial calculation of the GMP as provided above, the GMP shall be reduced by the difference; provided that Owner may direct instead that any unapplied portion of the maximum Preconstruction Fee be applied to Construction Phase Services, in which case the GMP shall not be reduced by the portion so applied. Except to the extent the parties may expressly agree to the contrary in the GMP Amendment, no Preconstruction Fee or other fee, compensation or reimbursement shall be payable to CM/GC with respect to Preconstruction Services performed after execution of the GMP Amendment.

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • Notice to Proceed - Land Acquisition The acquisition of the Land shall not occur until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed for land acquisition to the Recipient (the "Notice to Proceed"). Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director has received a Request to Proceed acceptable to the Director and is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and any requirements for land acquisition set forth in this Agreement, including without limitation the OPWC's approval of the proposed Deed Restrictions and Title Agent. The Notice to Proceed also shall specify the time frame for the Closing.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Payment of Project Costs The Grantee agrees that it will provide for payment of its full share of Project costs and that all costs connected with the Project will be paid by the Grantee on a timely basis.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Fifty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($51,456.23). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • Land Acquisition Disbursement To initiate the purchase of the Land, the Recipient must first complete and submit a written Request to Proceed to the Director prior to Closing. The Request to Proceed must name the proposed Title Agent and must indicate the amount of Funds requested from the OPWC for the land acquisition, including expected settlement costs, based upon the participation ratio and the amount of funds expected from any Matching Funds. The Request to Proceed must contain as attachments: (a) a copy of the proposed Deed Restrictions; (b) a copy of the executed purchase agreement with respect to, or such other agreement to convey an interest in, the Land between the Recipient and the Land owner; (c) a copy of the performed appraisal according to the specifications provided by the Director; (d) evidence satisfactory to the Director that Recipient will acquire marketable title to the Land at Closing; and (d) if the Recipient desires to elect the pre-closing option described below (i) a copy of the signed escrow agreement among Recipient, Title Agent and the OPWC, executed by Recipient and Title Agent, substantially in the form of Appendix F of this Agreement (the "Escrow Agreement") and (ii) if the Title Agent is an agent for a title insurance company, rather than a title company itself, a closing protection letter issued by the title insurance company to the OPWC. Funds for land acquisition shall be disbursed to the Recipient, as part of a grant to the Recipient pursuant to Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27, pursuant to the pre-closing option and/or the reimbursement option, as described in subsections 5(a) and 5(b), respectively.

  • PROJECT FUNDS INDOT will not share in the cost of the Project. INDOT will disburse funds from time to time; however, INDOT will be reimbursed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) or the LPA. Payment will be made for the services performed under this Contract in accordance with Attachment D (Project Funds), which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

  • Construction Cost Budget The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted during and at the end of the design phase in accordance with this Agreement and the Agreement for Architectural Services. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Project Design Team, the Program Manager (if any), the Construction Manager and any subconsultants, the cost of the land, rights-of-way, or financing which are the responsibility of the District.
