Sparging. If Sunoco desires additional Steam in excess of the Nominated Steam Amount and any Excess Steam then being delivered, Sunoco may request that Haverhill Sparge in order to produce additional Steam. If Haverhill elects to Sparge at such request, then Haverhill shall not be obligated to pay for the Natural Gas used in Sparging to produce such additional Steam and such additional Steam shall be delivered to Sunoco at no cost based upon the Sparging Efficiency Factor. The additional Steam produced by Sparging in accordance with this Section (“Sparging Generated Steam”) will be calculated using the following formula (in thousands of pounds):

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.
