SOURCING AND SELLING. ‌ Products, services and support must be purchased for resale purposes only from Distributors listed in the HPE Partner Portal or advised by your HPE Representative. You may not purchase Products, services and support for resale purposes from other Partners and/or any unauthorized sources unless approved by HPE in writing. You may not purchase Products, services and support for your internal use or the internal use of an Affiliate/s. Direct purchasing relationships with HPE may be established by signing additional Addenda or as specified in additional program terms and conditions. You may resell Products, services and support over the Internet, via an HPE approved URL in the name of your company, provided that you implement policies supporting end-user customer satisfaction as a primary concern; provide presales end-user customer support; and do not resell Products via an auction. You may resell Products, services and support only via a URL that matches your legal name or trading name. New or additional domain names require HPE approval prior to the posting of Products on the Internet.

SOURCING AND SELLING. A. Business Development Partner may purchase Products or Services for resale purposes only from HP authorized Distributors set forth on the U.S. Distributor Summary Matrix located at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx, or as permitted in any addenda agreed to by HP and Business Development Partner. Business Development Partner may purchase Products or Services for resale purposes directly from HP, provided that Business Development Partner: (i) meets the revenue requirements set forth on the Partnership Website; or (ii) executes an Addendum that sets forth a direct purchase relationship. Business Development Partner may not purchase Products or Services for resale purposes from Other Business Development Partners and/or any unauthorized sources.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. Purchaser may buck out cull material when necessary to produce pieces meeting Utilization Standards. Such bucked out material shall contain a minimum amount of sound wood, not in excess of the net scale in percentage of gross scale, or based on the merchantability factor, whichever is stated in A2. If necessary to assess extent of defect, Purchaser shall make sample saw cuts or wedges. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.
