HPE Partner Portal definition

HPE Partner Portal or “Portal” means the various website URLs listed in Program Guides or as provided by Partner’s local HPE organization, located on the HPE domain, which contain links to copies of relevant Program information, documents and terms.
HPE Partner Portal means the HPE website located at XXX.xxx or as provided by your local HPE organization.

  • HPE may change or terminate a Product Promotion Program without cause at any time with immediate effect by posting on the HPE Partner Portal.

  • Changes or termination of part or all of these Terms will be effective thirty (30) days from the notification date, and will be posted on the HPE Partner Portal.

  • Rebate Claims will be created for PDAR Partners by HPE or have to be submitted by Non PDAR Partners via the HPE Partner Portal by the end of the month that follows the End-User Shipment Date.

  • The HPE Marks, the Programs and processes for securing approval to use them, and HPE’s terms of use are posted on the HPE Partner Portal.

  • Partner will comply with Trade Controls requirements posted on the HPE Partner Portal.

  • These Terms, together with any Addenda to these Terms as provided to you directly or posted on the HPE Partner Portal, constitute the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Distribution Led Service Provider Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Hewlett Packard Enterprise (“HPE”) and you as a Distribution Led Service Provider (“Service Provider”) (individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”).

  • General Partner Loan has the meaning provided in Section 5.2(c) hereof.

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Private partner means any entity that is a partner in a public-private partnership other than:

  • General Partner Interest means the ownership interest of the General Partner in the Partnership (in its capacity as a general partner without reference to any Limited Partner Interest held by it) which may be evidenced by Partnership Securities or a combination thereof or interest therein, and includes any and all benefits to which the General Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of the General Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • Public-private partnership agreement means an agreement

  • Trading Partner means an entity that has registered with the Commission to exchange data through Electronic Data Interchange.

  • Limited Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Partnership Interest may be entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Person to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. A Limited Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Common Units, Partnership Preferred Units or other Partnership Units.

  • Public-private partnership means an arrangement or agreement, occurring on or after January 1, 2017, between a procurement unit and one or more contractors to provide for a public need through the development or operation of a project in which the contractor or

  • Substituted Limited Partner means a Person who is admitted as a Limited Partner to the Partnership pursuant to Section 11.4.

  • Intimate partner means: (a) Spouses, or domestic partners; (b) former spouses, or former domestic partners; (c) persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time; (d) adult persons presently or previously residing together who have or have had a dating relationship; (e) persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship; and (f) persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship.

  • Managing Partner means KKR Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause

  • Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Managing Member is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Private Cloud System (PCS) A cloud infrastructure provisioned for exclusive use by a single organization comprising multiple consumers (e.g., business units). It may be owned, managed, and operated by the Requester, a third party, or some combination of them, and it may exist on or off premises.

  • Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • MLP Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as amended or restated from time to time.

  • Limited Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 1, 2017, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Substitute Limited Partner means any Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.03 hereof.
