Sleeper. Contract quality sleeper mechanism shall be used. The approved mechanism shall be Leggxxx & Xlatx Xxxssic 3500 with anti-tilt mechanism. Alternate products must be submitted with detailed specifications, and approved, prior to use. Mechanism shall have operating instruction label in English and Spanish permanently applied to the webbing. MATTRESS
Sleeper. A driver who sleeps in or does not report for work at his/her signed time without just cause, shall either work at the bottom of the seniority list for that day or be sent home without pay, at the Company's discretion. When assigned to work at the bottom of the seniority list for the day, he/she shall only receive pay for the actual time worked with no minimum. No work will be assigned that would prevent any driver including duty drivers from performing his/her chosen shift on the following day.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes.   • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • Funerals A regular employee may be released from duty for a period up to three days without reducing base earnings in the event of the death of a member of the immediate family including parent, parent-in-law, brother, brother-in- law, sister, sister-in-law, spouse, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, grand-parents, grandparents-in- law and grandchildren. In the event of the death of a fellow employee, a regular employee may be allowed time off with pay to attend the funeral. Usually the time required is less than one-half day. Regular part-time employees shall be granted the time off with pay if scheduled to work.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the classifications listed in Section 7 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) for replacement of safety footwear.
