Site Option Appraisal. Although it is unusual to consider site-specific options at the Initial Agreement stage of a business case process, it was agreed that this was essential in Caithness because of the backdrop to the redesign process and strong positions that stakeholder groups had taken in relation to “existing bricks and mortar”. It was consequently agreed by all stakeholders, as an early component of option appraisal work, that specific sites should be considered. A failure to be clear on the potential impact of all options, on all sites, would simply defer these concerns and frustrations to a later date and potentially harm the process. In addition to the Wick sites of Pulteney House and Town & County Hospital, an additional site was proposed by a member of the public through the consultation process; the “Xxxx” site adjacent to Xxxx Primary School. This was investigated by the Project Team and agreed as a viable option, creating a third proposed solution: • Option 3a; Care Hub / Villages at Xxxxxx Hospital, Thurso and Xxxx, Wick. Pop-up Shop events were held in September and October 2019 to inform the public of the additional site option and allow people to feedback opinions on the three proposed sites. This included the presentation of a SWOT analysis of the potential Care Hub / Care Village sites (Appendix EC08). Feedback from those who attended the pop-up shop events in September / October 2019 indicated that around 60% preferred the Xxxx site, 20% the Town and County site, and 5% Pulteney House. About 15% had no strong opinion or suggested alternative sites (which were deemed unsuitable). The outcome from the events was considered by the Project Team in February 2020 and they confirmed the Xxxx site as their preferred option in principle for the Wick Care Hub / Care Village. This will be subject to further detailed technical and cost appraisal during Outline Business Case to allow a final recommendation to be made to the NHS Highland Board.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Company reasonably considers to be required by article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Company Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, the Contracted Processors.

  • Employee Appraisal Forms (a) Where a formal appraisal of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to read, review and ask questions about the appraisal. Upon request, the employee will be given three working days to read and review the appraisal.

  • Rate Redetermination for Environmental Modification In the event of a contract modification under B8.33 or partial termination under B8.34, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the revision and the appraised unit value of Included Timber to be cut under the modification. The appraisal shall consider the estimated cost of any construction work listed in the Schedule of Items that was performed and abandoned. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of the revision will be adjusted by said differences to become Current Contract Rates. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to a new Base Rate limitation of the cost of essential reforestation or 25 cents per hundred cubic feet or equivalent, whichever is larger. However, existing Base Indices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Redetermined rates, or differences for rates subject to B3.2, and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to the contract revision.

  • Environmental Inspection at End of Agreement Term A. At Authority’s discretion, at least one hundred and twenty (120) days before the expiration or early termination of the Term as provided herein, Company will conduct an environmental inspection and examination of the Company Premises. At its discretion, Authority may complete environmental reviews to determine if recognized environmental conditions exist that could warrant soil and groundwater sampling. If warranted by the findings of Company or Authority’s inspection or if requested by Authority, a compliance audit or site assessment will be performed within the aforementioned time period by a qualified professional acceptable to Authority who will report the findings to Authority. The cost for professional consulting or engineering services required for such audit will be at the expense of Company. If a site assessment is conducted, Company agrees to pay all associated laboratory and testing fees incurred to test and analyze samples collected during the site assessment process. The Authority may also choose to conduct the compliance audit or site assessment. If the results of the assessment indicate that the Company Premises have been impacted by the release of Hazardous Substances, Company will immediately take such action as is necessary and will provide a substantial guaranty in a form and content acceptable to Authority that Company will clean up the contamination at its own expense, at no expense to Authority, and in accordance with Applicable Laws to the extent that it is obligated to do so by virtue of the foregoing provisions of this Article.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.

  • Phase II A small portion of the work for the Phase II modifications to the Plattsburgh Substation will be performed by Transmission Owner, and the remainder will be performed by Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx. A detailed definition of the specific scope for Transmission Owner and Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx including interface points shall be defined during the design phase and, as such documents become available, copies will be delivered to the NYISO, Transmission Owner, Noble Altona Windpark, LLC and Marble River, LLC. The full scope includes the installation of wave traps, CCVT’s and modifications and/or additions to relaying on the MWP-1 and MWP- 2 lines. These lines will be reconfigured at the completion of Phase II to connect to Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Substations on MWP-1 and the Xxxx Substation on MWP-2. Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx will design the upgrades and purchase the materials based on the outline specification that was prepared and issued by Transmission Owner. The work to be performed by Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx will include both the materials for the exterior and interior installations and items for Transmission Owner installation inside the control building in existing relay panels and communication racks. In addition, Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx will be responsible for the exterior and interior construction work and will provide construction management services in coordination with Transmission Owner. The civil design for the foundations and the electrical design for the cable runs to the control room will be designed by, as approved by Transmission Owner, and installed under the supervision and control of Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx. The equipment will be selected and procured in accordance with the specifications developed during the detailed engineering phase, copies of which shall be furnished to the NYISO, Transmission Owner, Noble Altona Windpark, LLC and Marble River, LLC. The construction of the foundations, structures, wave traps, CCTV and cable runs into the control building to the termination cabinets will be completed by Clinton and Xxxxxxxxx. The work at the Plattsburgh Substation will be installed under Transmission Owner’s CPP-1. Transmission Owner will provide Protection and Controls Engineering, install and terminate wiring from the termination cabinets to the control panels and relays, install relays and equipment in the existing panels, and will commission such work inside the 230kV control building. Transmission Owner will develop the communications protocols and data flow over the circuits.

  • Impact Assessment If Service Provider desires to make any change, upgrade, replacement or addition that may have an adverse impact or require changes as described in Section 9.6(c) or increase the risk of Service Provider not being able to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement or violate or be inconsistent with DIR Standards or Strategic Plans, then Service Provider shall prepare a written risk assessment and mitigation plan (1) describing in detail the nature and extent of such adverse impact or risk, (2) describing any benefits, savings or risks to DIR or the DIR Customers associated with such change, and (3) proposing strategies to mitigate any adverse risks or impacts associated with such change and, after consultation and agreement with DIR, implement the plan.
