Single Tour Suspensions or Equivalent Loss of Vacation or Holiday Time. Upon written request from a 48- hour employee who has had no disciplinary actions within the prior three (3) years, all records of single tour suspensions and lesser disciplines shall be stricken from the company diary, the District Chief’s records and the employee’s personnel jacket. Upon written request from a 40-hour employee who has had no disciplinary actions within the prior three (3) years, all previous disciplinary actions which are equivalent to a single tour suspension plus all lesser disciplines shall be stricken from the company diary, the District Chief’s records and the employee’s personnel jacket. Records noted in this section shall not be considered after three (3) years, in any future disciplinary action, provided that no subsequent disciplinary actions have occurred during that period.
