Signatory Review. The Authority shall provide the treatment plans to the MOA signatories and MOA concurring parties for a 30-day review and comment period. Based on comments received, treatment plans will be revised and resubmitted for a final 30-day review. If the MOA signatories and/or MOA concurring parties fail to comment within 30-days of receiving the treatment plan, the Authority shall confirm with the MOA signatories and/or MOA concurring parties that no comments will be made and may then proceed with the undertaking. Treatment plans can be amended by the Authority without amending the MOAs. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution clause in Stipulation XVII.A.

Signatory Review. MnDOT CRU shall provide the treatment plans to FRA for review, prior to providing it to MOA signatories and MOA concurring parties for a 30-day review and comment period. Based on comments received, treatment plans will be revised and resubmitted for a final 30- day review. If FRA, MOA signatories and/or MOA concurring parties fail to comment within 30-days of receiving the treatment plan, MnDOT CRU may assume concurrence of the other parties and may proceed with the implementation of the treatment plan. Treatment plans may be amended by MnDOT CRU, upon FRA review without amending the MOAs. MnDOT CRU and FRA will make a good faith effort to identify major alterations to treatment plans that substantively affect mitigation measures and seek additional consultation with the other MOA signatories before approving such revised treatment plans. Where warranted, such good faith efforts shall include submittal of the draft revised treatment plan to the MOA signatories for a minimum of 15 calendar days prior to the anticipated approval of the revisions. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution clause in Stipulation XVII.A.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Choice Telephone Company to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Choice Telephone Company’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Contract Managers Each party will designate a Contract Manager during the term of this Agreement whose responsibility shall be to oversee the party’s performance of its duties and obligations pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.   • Negotiation Teams The Board and the Association shall each designate in writing, at the first negotiation session, the names of not more than five (5) persons who shall serve as their respective representatives for negotiation pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.   • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.
