Common use of Sick Pay Clause in Contracts

Sick Pay. Employee shall be entitled to 20 days per year as sick leave with full pay. Sick leave may be accumulated up to a total of 30 days, and used any time.

Sick Pay. (a) The Employee shall be entitled to 20 up to thirty (30) days per year as of fully paid sick leave, against a doctor's confirmation, which leave with full pay. Sick leave may can be accumulated accummulated for a period of up to a total maximum of 30 daysfive (5) years; provided, and used however, that the Employee shall not be entitled to sick leave payment to the extent already covered by any timeinsurance component of any plan established by or for the benefit of the Employee pursuant to section 4.1 above.
