Shortened Casual Engagements. 9.9.1 Where there is a shortage of work due to business requirements and as a result a casual employee’s planned work is completed prior to their rostered finishing time, the casual employee’s rostered shift may be shortened, at the discretion of Xxxxx Xxxxx, to a minimum of 3 hours.
