The Parties agree that all Planned Work requests will be coordinated between an authorized Party representative from Attachment A as appropriate.
Planned Work requests that need to be canceled or rescheduled by one of the Parties must be canceled or rescheduled at least two (2) Business Days prior to the start of the subject Planned Work.
APS and the Customer’s System Operator shall supply a contact list of authorized personnel for contact regarding Planned Work, Emergent Work and for Emergency Conditions.
Planned work may derive, for instance, from below mentioned activities in the network: o Upgrades o Cable moves due to external requests (for instance road works) o Repairs that are not urgent and can be scheduled o Scheduled site & facility management activities (POP maintenance) Planned work on the network is organized by the Planned Work team.
All Planned Work requests will be scheduled by the APS Energy Control Center (ECC) System Operations Planner or the Customer authorized representative with the other Party at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the start of work being performed at 69kV (and lower voltages as applicable), or at least twenty (20) Business Days prior to the start of work being performed at voltages above 69kV.
For transmission system reliability and safety reasons, APS may need to cancel or reschedule Planned Work at any time based upon transmission system conditions.
The Planned Work (also known as scheduled maintenance) process entails the coordination of all deployment and maintenance activities that take place on the Company network with (potential) impact on customer connectivity.
Such works in completing a Permanent Repair shall be carried out as Planned Work.
